There are various limitations of Doctors in teleconsultation including the physical examination, complete medical records, etc. and hence there can be risks associated with your treatment plans including but not limited to incorrect data monitoring etc. You are also encouraged to obtain in-person consultation from your doctors by visiting the hospital. You acknowledge that you have understood the related benefits, risks, and alternatives, and you agree to have a telemedicine consultation. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by ending this telemedicine consultation session

    You acknowledge that you have read and understood our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy and do not disagree with it. You also agree to keep the concerned hospital, its doctors, and all related parties harmless and indemnified.

    Full use of the Jeewan Jyoti Digital Care Service is dependent upon your use of a computer with adequate software , supported mobile device, wearable device for monitoring and Internet access. The maintenance and security of this equipment may influence the performance of the Jeewan Jyoti Digital Care Service and it is your responsibility to ensure the equipment’s functionality.
